For this
tutorial you will need:
PSP 7 ~ download
a trial version.
Xenofex - download
here. (I don't
know if the demo will work for this tutorial.)
Rope tube > download
here.
(Unzip and export into your PSP tubes.)
First we need to
make our brown paper.
Open a new
image:
300 x 300 pixels
Transparent
16.7 Million colors
Flood
fill your image with a medium brown, I used #AF816E.
Effects >
Plug-in filters > Xenofex > Crumple > these settings:
Crinkle size 27
Distortion 14
Light Boost 39
Highlight brightness 10
Highlight Sharpness 10
Direction 135
Inclination 45

Double click on
your selection tool and you will get a pop up like
the one below.
Set the selection
at:
Left & Top 10
Right & Bottom 290

(Click for larger view.)
Image > Crop
to Selection.
Ok the brown
paper is done, onto the bag.
