Open a 400 x 400 image with the same settings.

Set your foreground Styles box to a darker brown, I used #6F4D3F.

Set your background Styles box to your brown paper, scale 100 and angle 0.

 

(To set your pattern click on the small arrow and choose pattern.  Then click on the box and choose your pattern by clicking on the arrow bar next to the preview window.)

Select your shapes tool and set at rectangle, line width 1 and antialias checked.

Draw a rectangle about 175 x 210.

Right click on this layer in the layer palette and duplicate.

Using your mover tool, move the duplicate layer over to the right side.  (If you need to move both that is fine.)

Activate the duplicate layer.

Click on the deformation tool.

Grab the right middle node and move it to the left.  Leave it about 30-40 pixels wide.

Grab the top right node, hold down the Ctrl key and drag down a bit.

It might help to zoom in once or twice.

You may want to bring in the side just a bit more, all up to how you like it.

When you have it like you want it click Apply in your Tool Options box.
