Click ok. Leave selected. Add a new layer. Effects > 3D Effects > Cut Out > these settings:
Click ok. Selections > Select none. Turn off layer1 and body. Layers > Merge > Merge visible. Name this layer top. Effects > Plug-In Filters > Texture > Texturizer > same settings.
