Drag the top left and top right nodes out a bit and  move the two nodes on top down like shown below.  Leave the top center node where it is.

Move the "collar" nodes on the sides near the top in a bit and the "belly" nodes out like shown below.

Bring the bottom outside nodes in and up and the bottom nodes in as shown below:

Now push and pull to get the shape you like.

Right click on the layer in your Layer Pallet and Convert to Raster.
