Add a new layer.

Selections > Select all.

Selections > Modify > Contract > 7 > ok.

Flood fill with white.

Selections > Modify > Contract > 2 > ok.

Hit your Delete key.

Selections > Select none.

Effects > Plug-in Filters > Ulead > ArtTexture > these settings:
Click Edit
Choose #5 Gold then click Ok.
Choose the bottom left pattern sample then click ok.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow > these settings:
Vertical & Horizontal 1
Opacity 53
Blur 3.5
Color Black

Repeat the Drop shadow but change the Vertical & Horizontal to -1.

Merge your layers and save as a .gif or .jpg.
