EZ Tiny Pattern Fills

For this tutorial you will need:
Paint Shop Pro  ~ download a trial version.
Simple Filters ~ download here.

Open a new image:
150 x 150 pixels
Transparent
16.7 Million colors

Flood fill your image with white.

Effects > Noise > Add > 100% uniform > ok.

Colors > Grey scale.

Colors > Increase color depth > 16 million.

Colors > Colorize > Hue 150 & Saturation 130 > ok.

Effects > Reflection effects > Pattern > these settings:
Horizontal & Vertical offset 0
Rotation angle 0
Scale 0
Number of rows & columns 10
Horizontal & Vertical shift 0

Just to be sure it is seamless....

Effects > Plug-in filters > Simple > Quick Tile > Apply.

Now to get different patterns just change the settings in the pattern filter.  You can also add more colors to your tile by selecting areas and colorizing pieces.
