Flip Frame Background

This tutorial is written for v8 of PSP but you should have no problem using another version.

For this tutorial you will need:
Paint Shop Pro  ~ download a trial version.

Open a new image:
100 x 100 pixels
Transparent
Raster background
16.7 Million colors

Set your colors to two colors, one light one dark, I am using #6D2D2B and #F1DBDB.

Set your foreground to gradient, Foreground-Background, Linear, Angle and Repeats 0.

Flood fill your image with the gradient.

Adjust > Add/Remove noise > Add noise > these settings:
(In v7 it would be Effects > Noise > Add > uniform, 26%.)
Uniform
26%
Monochrome checked

Selections > Select all.

Selections > Modify > Contract > 5 > ok.

Image > Flip.

Second time.... Selections > Modify > Contract > 5 > ok.

Image > Flip.

Third time.... Selections > Modify > Contract > 5 > ok.

Image > Flip.

Fourth time.... Selections > Modify > Contract > 5 > ok.

Image > Flip.

Once more for a total of five... Selections > Modify > Contract > 5 > ok.

Image > Flip.

Selections > select none.

Effects > Reflections effects > Kaleidoscope > these settings:
All settings at 0, except Number of petals 6 or 8
Repeat selected (this is a v8 only option)

6 Petals	8 Petals

That's all to it!
