Now use your mover tool and move this wing to the top right of your graphic.

Image > Resize > these settings:

Click ok.

Right click on wing 1 and duplicate, name this layer wing 2.

Image > Mirror.

Right click on wing 1 and duplicate, name this layer wing 3.

Image > Flip.

Right click on wing 1 and duplicate, name this layer wing 4.

Image > Flip.
