This tutorial is an
advanced vector tutorial. It contains a lot of screen shots but it assumes
you have a good working knowledge of PSP7.

Terms of
Use
For this tutorial you
will need:
PSP 7 ~ download a
trial version.
My tutorial zip ~ download
here.
(In the tutorial zip you will find
guitar.jgd - put in your gradient folder,
bullet.sld - put in your styled lines folder
and two .jpgs - open in PSP and minimize.)
Open a new image:
500 x 600 pixels
Transparent
16.7 Million colors
File > Save as >
guitar.psp
Be sure to regularly
hit your save button! I will
remind you at the end of each page with the save button icon.
Set your colors to #9D6E3B and #4D2921.
Set your shapes
tool at:
Ellipse
Line width 2
Antialias and Vector both
checked.
Set foreground to the lighter brown and background
to null.
Draw an ellipse about
170 x 295 towards the bottom of your image.
Click on object
selector then in your Tool Options box click on node edit.
*Note - when I am working on a
vector shape I will check how it looks by clicking the grayed out node edit
button, then to resume working just click node edit again.
Bring the side nodes in a up a bit


And no it does not have to be perfect.
