For this tutorial
you will need:
Paint Shop Pro ~ download
a trial version.
Simple Filters ~ download
here.
Neu! Filters ~ download
here.
Open a new image:
200 x 200 pixels
Transparent
16.7 Million colors
Flood
fill your image with white.
Effects > Plug-in
effects > Neu! > Excentrico!
> these settings:
Random1 218
Random2 86
Zoom 44
Spokes 4
Absolute 0
Preserve 0

Effects > Reflection
effects > Kaleidoscope > these settings:
Horizontal offset -100
Vertical offset 100
Rotation angle 240
Scale factor -28
Number of Petals 8
Number of orbit 0
Radial suction 0

Effects > Enhance photo
> Manual color correction > these settings:
(Be sure to select the tile in the left side window.)
Preserve lightness checked
Preserve saturation UNchecked
Custom color #3D5533

In your layer palette,
right click on the layer and duplicate.
Effects > Blur >
Gaussian blur > 6.00 > ok.
In your layer palette set
your Copy layer blend mode to Lighten.
Right click on either layer
and Merge > Merge visible.
Effects > Plug-in
effects > Simple > Quick Tile.
All done.
