You should now have these layers:

Move the Body layer to the top.

Your peacock should look like this now.

Let's add some feet so he can strut around.

Add a new layer.  Make one whole foot on this layer.

Choose your draw tool with these settings:

Using white draw a line straight down then two out to each side.

Selections > Select all.

With your Selection tool , click on the foot.

You should have marching ants around your foot now - ok the bird's foot.

Effects > Plug-in Filters > Flaming Pear > Blade Pro > Shiny gold preset.

Selections > Select None.

Click the copy button > hold the Ctrl key and hit the "L".

Image > Mirror.

Arrange his feet and layers if need be.

On your layer pallet, right click on the Black layer and choose Delete.

Turn off Layer 1.

Activate one of your other layers.

Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow > with these settings:

You are all done with him!

Save with a background or as a transparent.
