Double click on your selection tool and put in these settings:
Left & Top 75
Right & Bottom 245

Now you want to make it a seamless tile.
Selections > Convert to Seamless Pattern
You should have a tile like:

That is it!

Save it as a .jpg.

Or take it to another level.

Mute and Texturize it.....

To do the muted tile like above, add a new layer, drag the new layer under the tile layer.
Flood fill the new layer with white. 

On your top layer (tile layer) slide the opacity to 35.

Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.

 Effects > Plugin Filters > Texture >
Click the drop down and select "load texture", find your canvas.psd,
click open and set at:

Click ok and you are all done!
