PSP 7 ~ download a trial version.
Ink blot shape ~ download here.

This tutorial is graphic intensive, please allow the pages to load completely.

Open a new graphic:

300 x 400 pixels
Resolution 150.000
Transparent
24 Bit

Set your colors to:

Foreground ~ #00A661
Background ~ null

Select your Draw tool and set at:

Bezier Curve
Width  5
Antialias  Checked

Draw a line starting about a 1/3 of the way down and draw to almost the bottom.

Click once on the right side of the line towards the top and then once on the left side towards the bottom.

You should have something like this:
