PSP 7 ~ download a trial version.
Eye Candy 3 ~ download a full version here or here.
Tutorial Zip File ~ download here,
then unzip into a folder that you can access easily.

Open a new image:
500 x 500 pixels
Transparent
16.7 Million colors

Set your colors to #904E28 and #E09E69.

Selections > Load from disk > find the unzipped folder > click on wcbody.sel > open.

Flood fill with the darker color.

Selections > Modify > Contact  > 1

Flood fill with the lighter color.

Effects > Plug-In Effects > Eye Candy 3 > Chrome > these settings:
Softness 46
Variation 14
Contrast 61
Bands 2
Light Direction 0
Base Color #691D00
Highlight Color #F8B278
