Selections > Load from disk > wcspout1.sel

Flood fill with the darker color.

Selections > Modify > Contact  > 1

Flood fill with the lighter color.

Effects > Plug-In Effects > Eye Candy 3 > Chrome > same settings.

Effects > Texture Effects > Texture > same settings.

Selections > Select None.

Selections > Select None.
