Turn off (by clicking the eye(v8) or the glasses (v7) so that a red "x" shows) all of the layers except one of the text layers and the 8 layer.

Right click on the 8 layer and Merge > Merge visible.

Turn off the merged layer.

Turn back on one of the text layers and the 7 layer.

Right click on the 7 layer and Merge > Merge visible.

Turn off this merged layer.

Turn back on one of the text layers and the 6 layer.

Right click on the 6 layer and Merge > Merge visible.

Turn off this merged layer.

Continue merging the text layers and the circle layers.

Be sure to turn off the merged layer before you continue merging.

You should end up with 8 merged layers.

If you still have a Raster 1 layer at the bottom (should have nothing on it) right click on that layer and delete.

File > Jasc Products > Animation Shop.

In PSP, Activate the first layer.

Edit > Copy.

In Animation Shop (AS), Edit > Paste > As a new animation.

In PSP, activate the second layer.

Edit > Copy.

In AS, Edit > Paste > After current frame.

In PSP, activate the third layer.

Edit > Copy.

In AS, Edit > Paste > After current frame.

Continue copying in PSP and pasting in AS until you have all eight layers in the animation strip.

Edit > Select all.

Animation > Frame properties > Display time > 20 > ok.

View > Animation.

Play with the frame timing if you wish and then save your tag!
