This tutorial was created and put on this site on
January 11, 2002. For this tutorial you
will need: Open a new image: Set your foreground to null and your background to a dark color, I am using #800000. Choose you Shape
Start with your cursor at 0,0 and draw to 100,100 - you will have a 100x100 square at the top left of your image. Effects > Texture
Effects > Blinds > these settings: Right click on this layer in your Layer Palette and duplicate. Image > Rotate > 90
to the right. Now use your Mover Right click on either of the layers and Merge > Merge Visible. Right click on the merged layer and duplicate. Image > Flip. Image > Mirror. Right click on either of the layers and Merge > Merge Visible. Effects > Geometric Effects > Twirl > 150. Effects > Plug-in Filters > Simple > Quick Tile > Apply. All done!
